01 Who we are

PlanVolt is offered by Koding.AI BV, Groeneweg 11, 9340 Lede, company number BE0729.598.663, info@koding.ai.

02 The service

PlanVolt is a web application for drawing floor plans with electrical components (situation plans) and automatically generating one-wire diagrams from them, based on the rules of the Belgian AREI/RGIE. The service runs in the browser; nothing to install.

03 Account and trial

Anyone can create an account and use the full service free for 7 days, without providing payment details. After the trial you pick a plan in the app; if you don’t, your projects are kept but become read-only.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

04 Prices and payment

Current prices are on the pricing page of this website: including 21% VAT for consumers, excluding VAT for professional users. Payment, plan changes and cancellation happen entirely in the app.

A monthly plan runs per month and stops at the end of the paid month after cancellation; a yearly plan at the end of the paid year. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and only apply from your next renewal.

05 Your responsibility — AREI and inspection

PlanVolt is a tool. Diagrams are drawn up following the rules of the AREI (the Belgian General Regulations on Electrical Installations), but we do not guarantee that a generated diagram, or an installation based on it, is error-free, complete or compliant.

It remains solely your responsibility — or your installer’s — that the electrical installation itself and the submitted file comply with the AREI and all applicable law. The legally required inspection by an accredited body is not replaced by PlanVolt.

06 Use and content

Your projects and the data you enter remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process them and show them back to you. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to access other people’s data or the systems behind the service.

07 Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced.

Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to PlanVolt in the 12 months before the event causing damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue or damage to an installation executed on the basis of a diagram. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

08 Intellectual property

The software, the symbol library and the PlanVolt brand remain the property of PlanVolt. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription or trial.

09 Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious breach of these terms, with prior warning where reasonable. On termination you can export your projects as PDF for as long as your access runs.

10 Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the service afterwards, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of Dendermonde, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection.
